Pros

You make friends who are in your similar situation (aka making no money but working 12 hour days)

Cons

Upper management is extremely disassociated even though they try and pretend like they are there for you. This company makes mistakes with over paying commissions then in turn not only asks you to pay them back (understandable) but then also charges you interest (prime rate + 1%) There’s is zero real support for new hires and takes about 3 years to make a liveable wage. The only positive aspect to this job was making friends but no one takes a job just to make friends. Also HUGE turnover because of lack of support
