Pros

They sponsor you for licenses

Cons

They do not care about you!! They try to get you to bring in friends and family and then throw you to the side! If this is a career you want to pursue, go to Jp Morgan or Morgan Stanley. Also, there is absolutely no formal training.

Pros

I worked here for just over a year. I enjoyed the professional environment and the training. The online courses for preparing you to take the 7 and 63 and 65 were great. The AXA online university was endless with educational material. The hours were flexible.

Cons

At the time I worked here there was very little training and support on portfolio management. I was more focused on building AUM and utilizing the life insurance and annuity products as supplimental to servicing my prospective client base.
