1. Job Stability 2. Good benefits - Private Insurance, Dental, Pension, Car (for managers and executives), Company issued iPhone 3. Friendly and easy going environment 4. Good Bonus 5. Decent Salary

Cons

1. Slow career progression - The only way to get promoted is if your boss leaves or if there is a new job role in the company at a higher level than the one that you currently are on. 2. Not a place for the ambitious - Senior Executive positions are either filled by Senior Partners/ Execs hired from outside AXA or by individuals who have been in the organisation for 20+ years. So if you are looking to fastrack your career within AXA, it is close to impossible. 3. Limited salary increase once you are in the organisation - only a 2-3% annual raise. 4. German leadership that is focused solely on cost cutting and efficiency.
