Pros

Great products, support, environment and money to be made IF you are a salesperson by nature. AXA's commissions are top notch in the US and worldwide.

Cons

You gotta start your portfolio from zero. You get access to tools and courses on how to improve your salesmanship however on building a portfolio you are on your own, no leads.
