Pros

Good salary and compensation for employees

Cons

Lack of resources to support both BAU and Projects Seems that for the past 2 years (2016-2017), attrition was high especially on managerial roles.

Pros

Great manager, high quality products, good training/development. If you have the right market and put in the work, you can build an excellent career.

Cons

Compensation: base salary is low, and you only get half commissions if you take the salary option (which is often necessary when you first start). Commissions aren't great either, because products are designed with reasonable fees for clients. My health plan seems to be well below average based on my peers. They also treat you like an independent contractor; you have to buy your own computer, pay monthly for their digital software, pay for E&O insurance, pay for marketing materials, pay for certain investment platforms, pay for study materials/sit for certification exams, etc.
