Pros

If you want to be a great salesman, join an insurance company. You're selling a non tangible asset that you can't hold, touch nor feel and is expensive.

Cons

Too many to mention. I could list 100 but I can't even type from the disappointment it brings. Don't work here, salary is too low compared to agents.
