Pros

The pay is good IF you can con someone into doing business with you.

Cons

This is a pyramid scheme. They tell you it’s not but the management pay structure is posted in the system. Everyone above you gets a cut from you. There’s a reason an independent broker can make a higher commission than an AXA advisor selling an AXA product.
