Lots of opportunities if you work hard Good training Regular 1-2-1s and development plans Good recruitment process too

Cons

Office politics, lots of the staff are young or been working in the company for a long time Uncertainty - often redundancies

Pros

Less work tension. Work life balance is good. Retirement company. Not good for fresher's

Cons

No growth. Nothing to learn new. Very bad team members. staying comfortable in team for so long and not allowing any one to grow in the team. They also have support from the management(Pankaj and Urooj).
