Pros

Enjoyable working atmosphere, nice people. Flexitime. Good social scene. Managers are keen to see people advance and encouraging of continuous education.

Cons

Management can be slow to respond to change. Business practice needs to be updated and could do with updating tech infrastructure within offices to allow for more working from home.
