Pros

A truly diverse workforce and most employees are very friendly. Able to learn about various culture and customs from people from other countries.

Cons

Not the best work environment. Their six month retention rate is around 50%, including management. Be aware of this revolving door.

The people truly care about one another and the company mission to help as many individuals, families & small businesses succeed as possible.

Cons

Increasing compensation incrementally from starting salary is difficult without being willing to relocate. Compliance is generally more stringent than other companies in the industry, often to the point of hindering business.
