Pros

Get to work with lots of intelligent people. Fast paced working environment. Learnt a lot in my time here on the job.

Cons

Personal development/promotions left to own initiative. Not an enormous sense of encouragement from management to progress in career. Professional training seems difficult to negotiate. Longer term compensation can seem much lower vs. competing companies at similar level of experience.

Pros

Ethos on corporate responsibility and colleagues are great. Great location from social aspect.

Cons

Do not feel as though higher levels of management are accessible, do not feel supported and have to fight for promotions. Salaries not in line with other companies and have to leave in order for worth to be realised.
