      - MNC Company - Good Salary - Nice work environment - Good Location in Bangalore - In Office Facilities are good

      - Senior Management lacks vision and strategy - Coterie-type culture - Global COmpany but a very local mindset - Not very clear (themselves) in running a show

      Good advisory, fair payment. Good Career options and much training on the job. All in all... A fair employer providing save future options.

      Cons

      Two may people in management positions that have too many responsibillities. Theres no direct information flow in the company. A flood of e-mails costs time and fun.
