need to plan holidays for the year at the beginning so difficult to get leave if needed in between. Avoid getting in the politics within the organization.

Pros

The company had a great benefits package and you walk in the door with almost 5 weeks vacation.

Cons

senior management turnover is extremely high and it is very clear that they only have their own interests at heart. If you get promoted beyond director level, be careful as you may soon be shown the exit.
