The people are great The PTO is good and the pay is decent

Cons

Get back to the importance of a good company culture. More training! Nothing was more frustrating than having to seek out an answer for hours and/or days and not getting a direct response back.

Commission based income so slow start making serious money . After a few years it’s amazing income.
