Too dominating Senior Management Whatever the processes were structured earlier, not all became unstructured nobody knows where they are heading in their career here - very big concern for growth

Not much room for carreer growth or opportunities, still a flat structure. With no incentives to excel many people choose to coast and not deliver. Increased responsibilities/pressure on the performers as fewer resources and no increase in salary.
