Pros

This is one of the most diverse companies I know of. It doesn't matter what you look like, if your hair is purple or you have tattoos... they look at your talent and what you can contribute as a human. They also are big on being a socially responsible corporation.

Cons

I worked for the Insurance/Operations side of the company. The con, is that they moved to Charlotte NC.
