      Pros

      AXA provides a great working environment. Running your own business allows for a very flexible schedule. The potential income is unlimited. AXA allows you to sell other companies insurance products which helps take away the competition.

      Cons

      Management does not provide too much direction, you are thrown right out into the fire. There are a lot of fees associated with working at the company. They make you pay for everything.

      Great vacation and sick days 5-6 weeks paid vacation + unlimited sick days). Good 401k company match and also good health insurance and other benefits.

      Cons

      Limited upward mobility and also a limited budget, along with some outdated tools and systems. Some employees are not high caliber workers and there are no consequences for poor job performance.
