you get your licenses but that's about it

everything else. they just throw spaghetti on the wall to see what sticks

Pros

Face to face with Advisers and management. A good "fly on the wall" insight into a large financial advising office. Nationally based company.

Cons

Not much advancement if becoming a financial adviser is not what you want to do. High turn over rate among new recruits who don't perform.

Pros

2k base salary helps but not enough to sustain family of 15 like the situation that i am currently in which does kind of suck

Cons

commsions come with network if you dont know people you better start shaking hands because that is how your are gonna make money
