Pros

Good holiday and benefits package

Cons

- AXA is driven by hierarchy not collaboration - very little innovation - outdated technology - management varies from team to team but in overall they don’t have their employees interest at heart - equality and inclusion is only a slogan as vast majority of medium and senior managerial roles are occupied by white males
