The colleagues and bosses are very helpful for growth. You will be nurtured and be given additional tasks out of your job scope so you get the exposure. Dental benefit is average @ RM 200 per year.

Cons

However, the pay is not great even though they compensate it with unlimited outpatient limit and high hospitalization limit ie RM 200,000 and RM 250 room and board. The optical is only claimable once in 2 years at RM 200 which I think is pretty low.
