Pros

There are good mentors in the company. Easy to take holidays. Since the atmosphere is family like, there would be less stress and pressure to work in the office.

Cons

Low salary for actuaries. No enough exam supports. Management does not take actuarial exam progress into base salary consideration. During reporting seasons, staffs work during weekends.

Pros

If you had a French contract the holiday were very good. An easy place to coast and slow tempo. Work life Balance was good

Cons

Management and culture could use updating. Very hierarchical and obsessed with org charts and the number of people reporting to individuals
