Pros

Fun projects, people, and work. Good benefits, incredible work life balance. Good management and easy going senior management.

Cons

Management is too hands off, left to own devices far too often with no meaningful feedback (curse in disguise). Low human resources, project managers are stretched too thin covering too many roles like SME, project coordinator, and event coordinator among other things. Too much cross responsibility, project managers are "leased" out far too often into random departments and projects outside of traditional Security related IT (EUC deployment). High pressure and high stake projects.
