Used to be a great place to work with lots of employee connect with management....

Its only work oriented now... Purely delivery focussed and too much pressure to bring changes overnight....

Pros

managers take your ideas seriously, it might take time but you will see the changes. 1.5hr lunch. not a big deal if you are late for work in the morning.

Cons

lag behind system, long working hour, low salary, things are usually done in the most obvious way. exhausting man power to compensate system loopholes. At best you have hard workers surrounding, no achievers or competitive ones at junior working level. Managers are great though.
