Pros

The support staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons

The cost to do business is very expensive. You pay for E&O insurance, LPL, office space, software for planning, digital up keep, business cards, letter head. They nickle and dime you on everything.

Pros

Flexible hours once a client base is established

Cons

To build a client base, you must ask all your friends and family to go with your business.

Pros

Great training for new advisors who want to learn the business quickly. AXA is a well oiled machine when it comes to educating their developing advisors

Cons

Annuity options are terrifyingly poor. AXA products aren't the top tier of the industry yet they want advisors to push those same products.
