Pros
Great compensation and benefits package especially for levels 11 and up for employees. Several employee and company activities.
Cons
Not sure what their definition of "strategic planning" is as it only encompassed 1-2 years in the planning cycle. Executive leadership team a but convolute, disorganized and misaligned. HR is not pro employee. I remember an employee sharing his/her feedback but was not treated with confidentiality. Too fast to ramp but the technology is not ready to keep up. Too many technology related projects. Too many products in the portfolio. Not project management centric company
