Pros
Not a bad stop gap. Comfortable job if you don’t mind being a yes man. You can buy up to 5 days holiday. Bonus each year up to about 3%.
Cons
Can’t go to the toilet when you need to. You have to hit unrealistic targets (eg. Set up a policy or retain a policy when the customer 100% doesn’t want to). You get ‘file notes’ from your team leader if you do something wrong, such as a few seconds late on a morning; really demoralising and negative. No career path.
