Pros

It was a pleasure to work here the environment was very positive and encouraging. Overall a great experience

Cons

Sometimes it could be a bit lonely since the advisors act as individuals instead of bigger teams but if you are fine motivating yourself you shouldn’t have a problem being successful here

Underpaid, overworked and HR bad

Pros

Advisors and a few colleagues great with good benefits, decent salary for entry level

Cons

Harassed and HR did nothing, management bad and old white guy mentality, hiring freezes and people quitting left and right so you’d be stuck with 4 jobs with same salary and tiny bonuses (when you hit above goals) yet they will brag as managers to you what they get (which was 4 times your salary)…no advancement unless someone would retire.
