Mostly nice people Free snacks/drinks Yearly bonus Work from home Nice office Pay is OK

Cons

A lot of favourtism - Some seniors/managers very cliquey IT team are terrible at fixing issues Ridiculous hoops to jump through to progress A LOT of abuse from customers and very little support regarding this Stressful work So many processes don't work and claims handlers take the brunt fom customers

The office environment at Glasgow is probably the best part about the job - and no micro managing!

Very high queue volume so difficult taking calls all day where members are unhappy with waiting times
