      Corporate Company moves slowly

      Great team, hard working and fun to be around. Internal IT Support based in the UK. Regular 37.5 hour week. 9 to 5.

      Cons

      Not as agile as they think. Boys club atmosphere. Not great at recognising talent or up skilling staff.

      * Great culture - very supportive * Great opportunities - age isn't a factor, it's about mindset, behaviours and application * Flexibility * Empowered , no micro-management * Really good benefits

      Cons

      * Some of the systems are really old but they do have a transformation programme to address this
