-Look after their people, friendly and collaborative IT Department, good career development if you show initiative, good benefits and leave. I loved working here.

Cons

-Out of London, based in Tunbridge Wells - bit of a long hall unless you live locally

AXA expect a lot from the graduates, if you don't put in the work you will not progress Often assigned to a project that is tim critical and expected to be an expert
