Pros

Relatively good systems, good product, pricing is fairly competitive. Sales training is exceptional. I learned a lot about sales in just six months here. Senior management team are approachable and have a good vision.

Cons

Middle Management are micro-managers and do not know how to motivate staff. Work life balance is terrible and bonus payments and incentives will be clawed back at any possible opportunity.

Pros

Good training provided for new starters, good opportunity to apply for other internal roles, friendly management.

Cons

Sometimes appeared that you had to be 'in' with the management to move to more senior positions, who you know rather than what you know. Not much training to further career after starting with the company.

Pros

Not many, salary ok but they want your soul. Bonus payments could be ok on occasions but you had to work hard for it

Cons

You are one of a herd, not a person and there is no loyalty to employees. Dont be fooled by the Dubai trips etc as they will sack you the following month
