      People are nice. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      The clinical director had no LPC at time and was giving supervision to people. HR is a joke. psychiatrist gatekeeping clients. No training in schema therapy but they force you to use it.

      Some good therapists, but they don't stay.

      Cons

      Pay is not good. Supervisor has no license. If you don't want to be her friend, she willwork to get you out. Unpaid meetings, no benefits, too many managers, high caseloads, stressed out work environment HR seems nice but cant do anything. Don't trust. avoid.
