Pros

Decent pay, not the hardest job.

Cons

There are a lot. Dealing with the public, everything that comes with collections work, very little opportunity for growth. This is a stepping stone job for anyone with ambition. I had to quit and return for them to offer me more money after three years or very high performance. Very reactive and not proactive for any problems.
