Pros

WFH and that’s it. No pros

Cons

Everything. Bad culture and they don’t treat you well. They expect more with little to know experience. No ideas to bring in, terrible pay and the CEO doesn’t know what he’s doing. Like come on he’s absorbing his salary to himself and demolishing every employee salary. The CISO is the only person who makes sense for the company but everyone else are terrible.

Revolving Door Type of Company With Many Problems

Nice enough people. Hmm, I'm having trouble coming up with more pros.

Cons

This place is a total mess, and it's a revolving door of people leaving and getting fired. Nobody stays long, particularly on the operations side. Sales is the only team that is run decently. I also found them very cheap on salaries and rates for contractors, overly focused on utilization rates, understaffed, and overworked. There are 3 project managers to manage 3 delivery people. Sales and operations couldn't get along and work together. I was told to treat the sales team like outsiders. CEO seemed like he was just stopping by on occasion. Not very involved. Not a good company to work for.

The team is very fun, friendly, and communicative The work you do makes a difference You are provided the opportunity to prove yourself and your ability to grow Flexible remote work opportunities Company has been consistently growing

Cons

Pay may be a little on the lower side for some positions, however, as the company grows the pay rises
