Pros

Maybe they will give you a good salary package for a start

Cons

Extremely toxic environment. Seth culture, You are not allowed to leave your desk there is no space to gather around and sit apart from the canteen that also has cameras there are level of authority and if you are at level 3 or 4 trust me you will be treated as a pesant, even simple things as biscuits are counted as an award and the kitchen staff judges you for taking it, managers are extremely toxic, I have literally seen them shouting on their employees infront of everybody, your salary is cut if you come 1 minute above the alloted time, you are asked to do extra hours with no recognition, extreme politics, please only go there if you have no other opportunity left. it can seriously damage your mental health
