Pros

Unexpected Benefits, such as a $300 allowance to spend on Allergan products & treatments plus a massive discount on Skimedica products. Really good health insurance.

Cons

Office location is in the middle of no where IL. Not great for young folks who want to live in the city. Requiring 3 days in office when most of the folks you talk to are out of state is criminal.
