Rotating shifts and no weekends.

RTO has impacted the company. People forced to come back or let go. People who are allowed to stay remote have no ability to get a new job. Even outside of remote, general ability to advance or even get new job is limited internally. You tend to be stuck unless you have someone championing you from the VP level. Merit driven culture is not that common, they have a lot of people who have been there for far too long who expect everyone else to have the same career experience as them when reality is, things have changed as they always do each generation. Old guard will make your life miserable so be prepared for that
