      -Benefits and comp are great -Work/lifebalance is good depending on which dept you are in -Managers help develop your skills -Gym and cafeteria on site

      Cons

      -Transition from Allergan to Abbvie has been slow and tedious -Working from home during covid is frowned upon -Upper management is too focused on the little details rather than the big picture

      Not care of racial injustice as they claim

      Work life balance. Relatively good research environment.

      Cons

      - Lack of diversity. You should be white to progress. Most of the leaders are white males from midwest. despite all the talks for caring about racial justice, no action. The decisions are racially biased. - location, in north or Chicago. Land is cheap but no one wants to live there

      "Avoid at all costs"

      Used to be great innovative and bold company.

      Cons

      Poor management supervisors favour staff lot of the staff are sleeping with each other some staff are lazy some staff just get away with far to much ! Over all this could be a good place it’s about time this company got rid of the old staff n replaced with fresh new staff wouldn’t recommend any one working here unless your bedding a fellow member of staff or supervisor!! Allergan is a joke.
