      Pros

      Great benefits, pension, good 401k match, 2 weeks vacation as soon as you start. Pays very well.

      Cons

      UPPER Management is a revolving door and are only looking at how to make themselves look better on paper by fixing long term issues with short term answers. Incredibly frustrating.
