      Pros

      Stable company and position and consistent work. They have a good 401k program and there are lots of things to learn. Many teams and a global reach. Well known company.

      Cons

      Expect LONG hours and Oncall shifts. The pay is not bad at the start but falls off as you work longer. Management is very Old School in the way they do things.
