Employee appreciation events, decent benefits, good place to start your career to get in the door.

Cons

No remote work, treated horribly if you ever take a sick/vacation day, beating a dead horse to get anything done, employees are not held accountable for anything, upper management is invisible, pay lower than any other comparable industry.
