Pros

This is a very competitive company great perks and benefit. They give you a lot of training. They are very community helpful in so many area's outgoing to help other community projects. Fellow employee's are very outgoing. Company very high on Health of its employee's and getting them healthy. Very high standards on the safety and wellness of their staff and the products they produce.

Cons

Hard to get hired here took over 3 years as a contractor to be hired. The applications you put in are over looked many times and people are passed up in many job area's. Much of the hiring is based off of selective favoritism or friendships.
