Pros
Looking for employees who want to move up the corporate latter. Cash profit sharing for all employees. Good benefits and vacation.
Cons
Too much emphasis on shareholders/making a profit and less focus on employee morale . Moved to a pharma model which doesn't work for nutritional sales. Poor work-life balance. New managers who micromanage contributed to a culture of mistrust in the sales force. Many veteran reps have left due to inexperienced managers and culture shift within the company.
