Abbott reviews

Management sucks. You have directors sitting in their offices for hours at end, to the point I didn't know who the director was, not knowing who is working for them, nor do they know what actually goes on within their labs. You have people leaving left and right because they refuse to pay their employees what they are worth, and burning them out with demands to work on their days off--with consequences if they don't. They constantly tell people, "we know your worth (with a degree), but we can't increase your pay from a typical fast food employee's wage to what our millions in revenue reflects." Don't work here. It's not worth it.
