Pros

Corporate culture is excellent, outside of local division - if a bit over zelous .

Cons

This culture is blame based, seeking to push blame for anything away from them selves. It is the nit-pickers heaven. They will dictate how you write the date on things, and force silly practices that are tedious and will "suck the life out" of any reasonable person. Departments do not cooperate and some are outright hostile to each other. Procurement is particularly vindictive.

Pros

None after working around 6-9 months

Cons

Very political, Directors very controlling, do not resource marketing, throw many under the bus, department silos - you are litterlally expected to stand at a co-workers office door to get a response. Execpted to work 10-12 hour days. When I started two mamagers quit then tol me it was because of the director

Pros

Entry level opportunities available. Good non-salary benefits that seem to be above the industry average. Lots of opportunity for over-time so was able to make almost double my base salary.

Cons

LOTS of reorganization of the division. Several times we would do a reorg just to do another one six months later when new managers were put in place in HQ. People are not encouraged to speak their mind, those that are outspoken are usually the first let go when it's reorg time. This was a shrinking company. We went from 16 service reps in our city to only 5 in only 7 years. At one time I was assigned 270+ accounts, when I switched companies I make much more money with only 35 accounts.
