Great People, great benefits and a genuinely caring human resources staff.

Cons

Extremely rigid Quality Assurance - for a medical device company this is expected, but a lack of Quality Management reviews at divisional sites means the QA staff are left to run roughshod on other teams without accountability.

The benefits are fantastic, they still have pensions, and the teams are varied and interesting. It's a global company so you get an opportunity to travel the world to meet your team and work on projects with new people.

Cons

They recently took away WFH which has caused some issues with managing the teams. Turnover has increased, and while HR is still promising WFH during interviews, its not true. Once you reach a certain level it becomes harder to get promoted, but that's any company.
