- Solid benefits and company culture - Really enjoyed working with most of the people there, super nice and always willing to help if you need it or to point you in the right direction

Cons

- Management is either really good or really bad and when it’s bad it’s miserable. This is not just my experience but has been voiced by several others I know who have worked there or still work there. - The only way to work your way up in the company is to move jobs - Have a tendency to set their salaries below market standard

Job security. Nothing to be honest.

Cons

Horrible culture. Management was horrific. They grind you into the ground. Made young kids work all weekends, holidays, 12 hour days…and still would yell at you and tell you you’re the lowest on the totem pole, so this is just how it is. No respect for women.

Benefits are great and compensation is fair. Work can be interesting. Diversity.

Cons

Quantity over Quality Management doesn't like feedback. Work Life Balance is terrible. Working more than 40 hours is expected, but not compensated for in salary positions. Hybrid work sometimes receives request to work from home even when calling in sick.
