Pros

Salary was decent, but not worth the headache and frustration of the culture.

Cons

This company had the worst response to COVID-19 I've ever seen. They require employees to be in office even though the city has work from home orders. They juggled the return to office date for months with noone knowing when it would be. Then, they mandated every employee back to the office with mandatory invasive nasal swabs every other week. Working from home had no issues in the workplace, yet they are so incredibly stubborn and privacy invasive. They even request your medical history.
