Pros

Decent benefits and reasonable salary. Nice working conditions and good location. Opportunity to transfer to different business units or divisions domestically and internationally.

Cons

Poor quality functional management and worse leadership. Undervalues employees. Expects total dedication and do anything attitude but doesn't offer the same in return.

Pros

Global company with lots of opportunities; geographically, functionally, and across healthcare segments.

Cons

Slow moving, bureaucratic, and behind the times. Very inflexible work environment with old school cubicles and poor systems. Not the best place for millenials who want a more creative, flexible, and enjoyable work environment. Very financially driven with a focus on short-term performance. Cutting of SG&A and R&D budgets to meet earnings targets while missing sales projections creates a self-fulfilling prophecy of continued sales issues.
