Great benefits! Hotel/Apartment paid for, Flights paid for with 2 bag reimbursement, Rental Car included, or 1000 dollar car shipping reimbursement each way. Intern week in Chicago, where they fly all interns around the country. Very good with freshman recruiting and return offer/full-time matriculation.

Cons

Pay rate is average and is standardized based on the year you are in college, meaning it doesn't change depending on the division or location you are placed in. Also, the company culture is a little old and stubborn.
